Nike Drop Colour-Changing Hypervenom RGN

Nike are marking the comeback of the Hypervenom RGN with a brand new twist. The new ‘Transform Hydra’ offers a refreshed take on the iconic boot, featuring an icy white upper that reacts to moisture by revealing a bold blue and black graphic underneath.

This reactive colour-shift is a nod to a fan-favourite release from 2015, when Nike closed out the original Hypervenom series with a heat-sensitive blackout that transformed into bright orange. Nearly a decade on, the tech is back as part of the boot’s 10-year anniversary celebration.
The latest version, officially known as the Hypervenom Phantom RGN, fuses the original's Gripskin upper with the outsole of the Hypervenom 3, delivering classic aesthetics with modern performance.

Lautaro Martínez is expected to lace them up in the Champions League final, a fitting stage for the Hypervenom’s return. We expect the Transform Hydra to be available from 2nd June at Nike.com in limited quantities. Get your release notification here to make sure you don’t miss this drop.
